The team is responsible for ensuring stable and efficient operation of manufacturing processes and equipment through continuous monitoring, control, and improvement. It provides daily support to production, maintenance, and process control, ensuring compliance with quality, productivity, and safety standards by proactively identifying and solving problems, tracking critical parameters, and collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams.
