Final Quality Assurance Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

● Responsible for all FQA activities.

● Ensure all inspectors are trained on visual and electrical audit.

● Send out weekly daily / Monthly LAR report and RMA buy off report.

● Prepare New Products Inspection (NPI) and update ECN for FQA check list plate.

● Issue non-conformance material report (NCMR) and corrective action request (CAR) for any non conformance and monitor closure.

● Ensure inspectors follow all instructions and procedures.

● To ensure that all Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA) and Box Build assembly meet Customer requirement.

● To lead a team of QA leader and inspector to Ensure that all Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA) are inspected per requirement before shipment.

● To be responsible for the overall function of the Final Quality Assurance (FQA) activities for the 3 shifts in the plant.
