**A Day in the Life**

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

+ Understand Concur system, process/audit Concur reports
+ Daily quality monitoring of outsourcing team
+ Amex card admin to apply or cancel cards for country employees
+ Monthly Concur reports quality check
+ Supplier manual payment validation & initiating
+ local bank payment and treasury related funding requirements
+ vendor query and local requestor escalation handling, communicate and solve with related parties about any variances or exception during the process
+ Account reconciliation for AP related account and open issue clearance within 60 working days
