Finance & Accounting Executive

Job Summary:

Accounting Executive focuses on accurately upkeep records, transactions and being involved in producing financial statements timely. The incumbent is required to assist/support in auditing and review of financial policies.

Key Accountabilities:

• Keep accurate records for all daily transactions.
• Prepare company financial statements such as balance sheets, P&L statements, cash flow statements, and other relevant documents in a timely manner.
• Process invoices and payments.
• Record accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Update internal systems with financial data.
• Reconcile bank statements.
• Participate in financial audits.
• Track bank deposits and payments.
• Assist with budget preparation.
• Review and implement financial policies.
