Finance Accounting Manager

The Finance and Accounting Manager is responsible in the preparation of financial statements and accounting information on a timely basis to aid management in making a sound business decision and oversees the daily accounting operations of the department.

A.    STATEMENT OF DUTIES

1. Manage the Accounts Receivable (AR) to ensure that commitments and job expectations are delivered timely and accurately and in accordance with company policies and internal control procedures.

2. Approve billings of customers ensuring completeness of attachments and accuracy of rates applied

3. Coordinate with OPS and other Outstations to resolve billing issues
4. Helps in monitoring AR and timely collection of overdue. Assists staff in following up clients especially those with overdue

5. Attend to customer inquiries/issues and ensure resolution on customer concerns.
