Job Description

Job Duty

• Budgeting & Financial Planning:
• Develop and manage annual/multi-year budgets and periodic forecasts in alignment with organizational needs, in collaboration with the MU Manager.
• Financial Analysis & Reporting:
• Prepare cash flow analyses and monthly financial statements.
• Analyze results and present insights effectively to the MU Manager and APAC Director.
• Accounting & Compliance:
• Ensure all operations comply with relevant policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Assist in year-end closing and audit preparation.
• Treasury & Payables:
• Implement effective treasury procedures to ensure timely collection of receivables.
• Process vendor payments, employee reimbursements, and check requests.
