About the Role

Nova Complex (Finland) Holdco Oy is strengthening its finance function and looking for a motivated
Finance & Accounting Specialist
to join our team. You will handle day‑to‑day bookkeeping and financial administration while supporting the development of our internal finance processes. As we grow, this role will expand to include tax declarations, payroll‑related tasks, and broader financial responsibilities.

Daily Finance & Accounting

• Perform routine bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries
