Finance & Accounting Specialist

We are searching for a Finance & Accounting Specialist (Swiss Clients) with experience in Tax Keying or Tax Preparation for Swiss business clients. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of BPO finance experience and proficiency in German (native or non-native).

Key Responsibilities

• Perform tax keying and tax preparation for Swiss business clients
• Accurately input financial and tax data into accounting systems
• Ensure compliance with Swiss tax regulations
• Review financial documents for completeness and accuracy
• Meet quality, productivity, and deadline targets

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
• 3–5 years of relevant BPO experience.
• Experience in tax preparation, tax keying, or bookkeeping
• Exposure to Swiss or European tax processes is an advantage
