Finance Accouting Assistant

Note: Work From Home (need to report 1 day in the office for quartely assembly in Finance Team)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 1–2 years experience in accounts payable or travel admin
• With strong internet connections due to work setup
• Familiar with Oracle, Excel, or similar accounting software
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, fast learner
• Detail-oriented, organized, and loves tracking expenses

Responsibilities

As our Finance Accounting Assistant - Accounts Payables (T&E), you'll keep travel and expense processes smooth, accurate, and stress-free. You'll help AP and finance run like clockwork, making sure our team gets reimbursed fast and records stay tidy.

• Process travel and expense reports accurately and on time
• Verify receipts, invoices, and supporting documents before submission
• Enter and track data in Oracle...
