· Perform daily bookkeeping and accurate data entry in the accounting system.
· Process invoices, payment vouchers, staff claims, petty cash, and reimbursements.
· Assist with accounts receivable, including invoice issuance, payment tracking, reminders, and monthly Statements of Accounts.
· Support month-end closing activities, including account payable and accounts receivable and reconciliations and journal entries.
· Maintain organized financial filing systems for audit and compliance
· Assist in preparing GST submission, expenses reports
· Liaise with auditors, tax agents, customers, suppliers, and banks when required.
· Assist Finance Department with budget tracking, cost management, and ad‑hoc analytical tasks.
