A Finance Admin Clerk manages daily financial transactions,
including processing invoices,
reconciling bank statements, and maintaining accurate,
organized financial records. Key responsibilities include accounts payable/receivable,
supporting budgeting tasks, and using financial systems like SAP, BAS, or Sage.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts Payable/Receivable: Recording, processing, and reconciling invoices and statements of account.
Record Keeping: Maintaining an efficient filing system for contracts, invoices, and financial documents.
Payment Processing: Executing daily bank payments, handling EFT payments, and sending remittance advice.
System Capturing: Capturing financial transactions on systems such as BAS, LOGIS, or SAP.
