Job Summary:
Leading the accounting team and oversee key financial processes, including budgeting, reporting, and compliance. This role requires strong leadership capabilities, excellent analytical skills, and a deep understanding of accounting principles and budgeting processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of junior accountants, providing direction, training, and performance feedback.
Oversee month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
Develop, manage, and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis in collaboration with department heads.
Ensure accuracy and compliance of financial data in accordance with GAAP/IFRS and company policies.
Coordinate and prepare for internal and external audits, ensuring all documentation is accurate and available.
