Finance Administrator
Our client, based in Alberton North, is seeking a Finance Administrator to join their team. The successful candidate must be available immediately.
Duties & Responsibilities Invoicing clients and accepting payments Reconciling invoices on a monthly basis Allocating electronic payments Sending reconciliation statements monthly to clients Following up on outstanding payments Data Capturing Corresponding with clients telephonically and via e-mail Handling of Petty cash Assisting Directors with documentation Clock cards for payroll submission Vehicle license renewals Filing of all paperwork, debtors/creditors Collection of parts occasionally Desired Experience & Qualification Sage one Accounting Preferably reside within the Alberton area Package & RemunerationR14,000.00 p/m CTC #J-18808-Ljbffr
