Requirements

Perform bookkeeping duties, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations

Bank feed matching and account reconciliation

Accounts Receivable: invoicing and payment processing

Accounts Payable: vendor correspondence and scheduling timely payments

Payroll: process semi‑monthly using Wagepoint and Square
