Finance Administrator

Position Overview: Finning Canada is hiring a Temporary Finance Administrator (6‑month contract) for our Edmonton office. The Finance Administrator reports to the Commercial Financing Manager and is responsible for providing end‑to‑end financing support to both the sales organization and customers in a positive, confident, and professional manner. This is a hybrid role, requiring three days per week in the office, with an hourly rate of $22 to $25 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the sales organization and Caterpillar financial staff to provide finance quotes to customers and sales staff.
• Provide end‑to‑end administrative support for equipment financed by our captive lender and ensuring funding of the sale.
• Prepare searches and registrations using various Personal Property Registry systems.
