Finance Adviser professionalize the financial management of partner cooperatives.

Job Description:

• Constantly works towards providing partner cooperatives with best-in-class solutions and service
• Develops and maintains positive and productive working relationship with partner cooperatives and counterparts
• Coordinates with the other Advisors for service integration
• Conducts financial diagnostics of partner cooperatives, analyze data gathered, and prepare recommendations
• Installs appropriate policies, systems, procedures and tools
• Trains, coaches, mentors Coop staff in the use of new forms, implementation of the recommended systems and procedures, and in the preparation of required reports
• Develops Policy and Procedures Manual on Financial Management
• Designs, recommends, and evaluates changes of forms, policies, systems, procedures and reports
