Monitors the over all financial activities - disbursements and billing and invoices including the monthly summaries and reports.
Responsible in monitoring the weekly / monthly Customers billing to date.
Responsible in monitoring the fixed assets movements purchases and disposals.
Supervises the monthly ageing analysis of accounts receivable and payable.
Prepares bank reconciliation
Handles timekeeping of all employees
Promotes and adheres to company's commitment on Corporate Social Responsibility
Qualification
Bachelors degree holder
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Or at least has 1 year work experience
