Finance Analyst – Accounts Receivable

About the role

As a Finance Analyst – Accounts Receivable at Ascendion, you will play a key role in managing the company's accounts receivable processes. This full-time position is based in Taguig City, Metro Manila and will involve handling a variety of financial data and reporting to ensure efficient cash flow management.

What you'll be doing

1. Oversee accounts receivable functions including invoicing, collections, and credit control
2. Analyse customer payment trends and delinquent accounts, and implement strategies to improve receivables
3. Prepare and present accounts receivable reports and financial forecasts
4. Liaise with internal stakeholders to resolve billing and payment issues
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the accounting system
6. Support month-end and year-end accounting processes
7. Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation
