This role sits in a team of analysts and is focused on:

• Providing strategic insights and analysis to business leaders to enable better management of their portfolio
• Monthly reporting across both income and expense streams for various properties
• P&L analysis, actual v budget, and cost analysis
• Budgeting and quarterly forecasting
• Strategic planning and long term forecasting
• Business partnering
