Finance Analyst

This newly created role would be a great opportunity for a commercially minded finalist/newly Qualified CA/CPA to support the Senior Finance Analyst in all areas of budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis in a growing Australian business. You will work closely with operational stakeholders to provide visibility over financial performance and help drive improved business decisions.

Key responsibilities will include:

Support the preparation of annual budgets and regular forecasts

Deliver monthly management reports and detailed variance analysis

Provide financial analysis to support business performance and decision-making

Assist with cash flow forecasting and financial planning

Work with operational teams to understand drivers of performance

As the successful candidate, you will possess:

CA/CPA qualification (or working towards) with experience in a finance analyst or management accounting role
