Finance Analyst

This newly created role would be a great opportunity for a commercially minded finalist/newly Qualified CA/CPA to support the Senior Finance Analyst in all areas of budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis in a growing Australian business. You will work closely with operational stakeholders to provide visibility over financial performance and help drive improved business decisions.
  
Key responsibilities will include:

• Support the preparation of annual budgets and regular forecasts
• Deliver monthly management reports and detailed variance analysis
• Provide financial analysis to support business performance and decision-making
• Assist with cash flow forecasting and financial planning
• Work with operational teams to understand drivers of performance
