Finance Analyst

JOB PURPOSE

Provide hands-on audit coordination and documentation support for the 2024 and 2025 external financial audits conducted by PwC, ensuring timely submission of audit requirements while relieving the core finance team of audit-related workload.

JOB RESPONSIBLITIES

·       Coordinate audit requests, timelines, and submissions between PwC and internal stakeholders

·       Manage PBC lists, audit trackers, and follow-up schedules

·       Prepare and support audit schedules, reconciliations, and variance analyses

·       Compile, review, and organize audit supporting documents

·       Track audit issues, proposed adjustments, and management responses

·       Support process documentation, walkthroughs, and controls as required

·       Maintain a clean and structured audit working paper repository

·       Provide regular audit status updates to the CFO
