Job Description
Key Responsibilities
● Treasury & Cash Monitoring
○ Monitor daily bank balances and cash positions across all company accounts.
○ Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cash position and cash flow reports.
○ Track incoming and outgoing cash to ensure sufficient liquidity for operations.
○ Coordinate with Accounting, Operations, and Procurement on funding and payment schedules.
● Disbursement Processing
○ Review and process vendor, operational, and payroll-related disbursements.
○ Validate completeness, accuracy, and approvals of disbursement requests.
○ Schedule and execute payments via online banking, checks, and other authorized methods.
○ Maintain complete and well-organized disbursement documentation for audit purposes.
● Controls, Compliance & Audit Support
○ Ensure adherence to treasury and disbursement policies, approval limits, and segregation of duties.
