Finance Analyst – FP&A

Position Summary:
The Finance Analyst (FP&A) supports the organization by providing financial insights, 
forecasting accuracy, and analytical support to guide business decisions. The role is responsible 
for budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, financial modeling, and supporting key business 
stakeholders. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in FP&A and strong 
analytical and communication skills. 
 
Key Responsibilities:

•  Financial Planning & Analysis
• Prepare and update monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasts.
• Support the development of the annual budget and long-range financial plans.
• Analyze financial trends, key drivers, and business performance metrics.
• Prepare variance analysis reports comparing actual results vs. budget and forecast.
