Finance Analyst (Project Hire)

JOB PURPOSE

Provide hands‑on audit coordination and documentation support for the 2024 and 2025 external financial audits conducted by PwC, ensuring timely submission of audit requirements while relieving the core finance team of audit‑related workload.

JOB RESPONSIBLITIES

• Coordinate audit requests, timelines, and submissions between PwC and internal stakeholders
• Manage PBC lists, audit trackers, and follow‑up schedules
• Prepare and support audit schedules, reconciliations, and variance analyses
• Compile, review, and organize audit supporting documents
• Track audit issues, proposed adjustments, and management responses
• Support process documentation, walkthroughs, and controls as required
• Maintain a clean and structured audit working paper repository
• Provide regular audit status updates to the CFOTemporary / Project‑based (1 year)
