Key Responsibilities
Payables Specialist:

• Process invoices, verify approvals, and ensure accurate, timely payments
• Manage vendor accounts and resolve payment discrepancies
• Monitor outstanding payables and support cash flow management
• Reconcile accounts payable and assist with month-end closing
• Maintain accurate financial records for audits and compliance
• Coordinate with internal teams for proper expense tracking
