Finance and Accounting Assistant

The Finance and Accounting Assistant will work closely with the Finance Manager in supporting the preparation of financial reports, analysis of financial statements, and day-to-day accounting operations. This role goes beyond routine accounting tasks and requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to assist management through accurate and timely financial informtation.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting & Analysis

• Assist the Finance Manager in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Help monitor expenses, revenues, and budget perfromance
• Prepares schedules, summaries, and supporting documents for management reports

Accounting Operations

• Record and review journal entries, accruals, and adjustting entries
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities
