Finance and Accounting Associate

The Finance and Accounting Associate role is to provide accurate and timely financial information that will help the Finance & Accounting team prepare relevant reports required by the Management and those necessary for compliance.

What you will be doing:

• Preparation of accounting entries, except for petty cash replenishments
• Preparation of account schedules and reconciliation for Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet accounts
• Prepare bank reconciliation as per prescribed deadlines
• Validate transactions in expense liquidation and reimbursement reports and ensure that receipts/ invoices and supporting documents are complete
• Monitor cash advances and liquidations
• Assist in the preparation of tax return schedules and/or attachments
• Support in the administration of interim and annual financial statements audit as well as periodic internal audit
