Finance and Accounting Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a General Accountant to join our team. This role will report directly to the CEO/Founder and will play a key part in shaping the organization's financial direction through strategic planning, analysis, and forecasting. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of providing high-level insights to support executive decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Collect and analyze variance reports across departments, providing insights for management decision-making.
• Prepare and monitor annual and quarterly financial plans, including trend and variance analysis.
• Assist in budget preparation and coordination with departments to ensure alignment with company objectives.
