Scope: Dual-entity Rocket Partners Philippines and Rocket Partners US

Systems: Xero (shared instance, separate entities); Gusto (US payroll); MS Excel (PH payroll)

Coordinates with: HR/Administrative Officer; US external CPA/auditors; Legal/tax consultants

Role Summary:

The Finance & Accounting Manager is a dual‑entity role responsible for the full accounting function of both Rocket Partners Philippines and Rocket Partners US. Based in Makati and reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, this person owns the end‑to‑end accounting function; including month‑end close, financial reporting, payroll accounting, regulatory compliance, and cash management for both entities independently, maintaining both within a shared Xero instance as separate companies.
