Finance and Accounting Manager

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy
• Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)

Experience

• Minimum of 15 years' experience across Accounting and Finance, with strong focus on regulatory and statutory compliance.
• At least 10 years in leadership and people management roles, preferably within the Japanese electronics or semiconductor industry.

Preferred Skills

• Proficient in computer-based accounting and financial systems, preferably MSD 365
• Able to collaborate effectively with peers across different departments
• Experienced in preparing comparative analysis and management reports
• Capable of recommending effective solutions to issues and operational challenges
