Finance and Compliance Manager

Role Overview: We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Accountant to manage the core financial operations of Pine Careers. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of service-industry accounting, B2B invoicing, and tax compliance, ensuring our financial health remains strong as we scale our placement and internship operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Day-to-Day Accounting: Manage all accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions for Pine Careers.
• Invoicing & Receivables: Handle B2B invoicing for corporate placement partners, track recruitment fees, and manage follow-ups for outstanding payments.
• Expense Management: Track and process operational expenses, including budgets for networking events, alumni chapter launches (e.G., in Mumbai and Delhi), and marketing initiatives.
