Job Description

Elevate community service through finance and data management at the Community Foundation of Halton North. This part-time Finance and Data Coordinator role is based in Milton, Ontario.
As a Finance and Data Coordinator, you will play a critical role within a small team dedicated to community impact. This 20-hour per week position will focus on financial administration and maintaining accurate data systems to support the Foundation. Your work will be vital in coordinating with the Board of Directors and managing financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle all financial transactions and data entry
• Prepare detailed financial and statistical reports
• Collaborate with the Executive Director and Treasurer on investments
