Finance and Operations Manager, Mozambique

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Finance and Operations Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating all finance, operational, and HR functions in support of a new World Education–led education program in Niassa Province. The position ensures sound financial management, compliance with donor and organizational policies, and efficient operational systems to enable high-quality program implementation. The role works closely with program leadership, technical teams, and partners to ensure that financial and operational systems support the timely delivery of activities and the effective use of resources. This position will report to the Program Director with a dotted line to the Director of Finance and Operations. This position will be located in Niassa.
