Finance and Payroll Manager

Woods & Co Recruitment is growing, and we’re looking for a sharp, detail-driven Accounts & Payroll Manager to lead our internal finance function.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys owning the numbers, keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, and being a key part of a high-performing recruitment business. You’ll work closely with leadership and consultants to ensure payroll, invoicing and compliance are seamless.
