finance assistant

Prepare and issue invoices in a timely and accurate manner

Monitor and update monthly collections and follow up on outstanding payments

Maintain records of accounts receivable and payment status

Assist in preparing monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) statements

Support month-end closing activities and financial reporting

Reconcile invoices, payments, and basic ledger entries

Coordinate with internal teams regarding billing and financial documentation

Maintain organized financial files and records

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
