Job Description

The Role
The successful candidate will be highly detail oriented, organised with strong multitasking abilities and collaborative. Across their work they will continually ensure accuracy and effectiveness in all accounting tasks.
This role will be based in our Malaysia, KL office and primarily support our Singapore business.

Key duties will include:
Accounts payable, including data entry, preparation of payment runs, supplier queries, collections insurances.
Accounts receivable, including draft invoices, data entry and cash receipting.
Credit card reconciliations
Processing Expense claims 
Cashbook
Other adhoc Finance/Accounts related tasks as required
