Job Description

  1. Assist in managing the full spectrum of accounting and finance functions, including General Ledger, Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and cash flow management.
  2. Prepare full set of accounts and ensure timely completion of month-end and year-end closing.
  3. Review financial records and reports to ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity.
  4. Monitor AR and AP aging, ensuring timely collections, payments, and sub-ledger reconciliations.
  5. Maintain and reconcile accounting records, including bank and inter-company reconciliations.
  6. Support GST/SST and tax compliance, statutory submissions, and liaise with tax authorities when required.
  7. Manage and monitor the Fixed Assets Register, including depreciation schedules.
  8. Assist in payroll review and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
  9. Support the Finance Manager in preparing management reports, financial analysis, budgets, and forecasts.
