Job Description
Supports day-to-day financial opeerations by encoding request for payments for expenses, documentation, monitoring of expenses, disbursements and petty cash
Assists in billing statements and collection monitoring
Asist in liquidation of operational and administrative expenses
Assist in monitoring volume of collected garbage and routes completed
Coordinates with Manpower Agency for HR Admin activities (attendance, 201 files, etc)
Coordinates with Head Office HR specialist for basic employees conncern and commnication of policies and announcements
At least 1 year of experience in finance operations and/or human resource
Proactive and has good work ethics
Proficient in Microsoft Suite
Experience in meeting documentation, action item tracking, and stakeholder communication
