Location: National Headquarters, Edinburgh
Finance Assistant – Permanent, Full Time
The Scottish Ambulance Service is seeking a Finance Assistant to join our Accounts Payable/Receivable team at our National Headquarters in Edinburgh. This is a permanent, full-time position. Flexible working arrangements are under review, but at least one day per week in the office will be required.
Key Responsibilities:
Process high volumes of invoices promptly to ensure timely supplier payments and effective query resolution.
Raise charges to public and private organisations for services provided, ensuring prompt invoicing and adherence to debt collection procedures. 
Essential Skills and Experience:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and adaptability to new systems.
Excellent telephone manner, data entry skills, and keyboard accuracy.
