Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY
The Finance Associate is responsible for managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, intercompany transactions, cash management, fixed assets, and monthly reconciliations, while coordinating with internal teams, customers, and vendors to resolve account matters and support month-end closing, audits, and statutory requirements.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Handles all transactions related to accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) (trade and non-trade).
Prepares AP, AR, and intercompany-related entries and reports, bank reconciliations, general ledger reports, and journal entries during month-end to support accurate and timely financial closing.
Manages cash-related transactions and processes
Executes fixed asset transactions, including acquisition recording, disposal, sale, and depreciation.
Prepares monthly reports such as balance sheet reconciliations and fixed asset schedules.
