PURPOSE OF THE JOB
The Finance Associate supports end-to-end Finance, Administration, Sales and Operational processes within the organization.
The role is responsible for accurate customer invoicing, credit note processing, Vendor bills posting, bank reconciliation, accounts receivable and payables reconciliation, cash flow support, inventory and dispatch documentation, and timely financial record-keeping. Working closely with Operations, Supply chains and logistics, Sales, and Finance teams, the Finance Associate ensures timely, accurate and reliable financial data within the organization via Odoo ERP system.
2. KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Customer Invoicing, Dispatch & Delivery Support
- Receive and verify customer LPOs for pricing accuracy, quantities, and commercial terms.
- Convert approved LPOs into customer invoices in Odoo to support dispatch and delivery.
