Finance Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and monitor supplier payments

• Handle cash advance (CA) deposits and official receipts from credited collections

• Prepare checks (including payroll-related transactions)

• Report and track bank transactions (e.g., DAIF notices, bounced checks)

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Finance, Accounting, or related course

• At least 1 year of relevant experience

• Knowledgeable in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel

• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
