Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Finance Associate to support financial and documentation-related processes within our logistics operations. The role involves handling airway bills/waybills and coordinating closely with branches and field representatives to ensure accurate and timely issuance of documents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform stamping of tracking numbers on Air Way Bills (AWB) and Waybills
- Assist in the issuance and distribution of Air Way Bills/Waybills to branches and field representatives
- Ensure accuracy and proper documentation in all issued waybills
- Coordinate with operations and other departments as needed
- Perform other finance and administrative tasks assigned by management
Qualifications:
- At least high school graduate / fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- With basic knowledge of documentation and clerical processes
