Finance Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, monitor, and reconcile Accounts Receivable; ensure timely posting of payments.
• Prepare and maintain AR reports, collection notices, and statements of account.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to resolve billing issues and delinquent accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or any business-related course; fresh graduates are welcome
• Basic knowledge of accounting systems and MS Office (especially Excel); detail-oriented and organized.
• Good communication skills in English and Filipino; team player with strong follow-up skills.
