Finance Associate

The Finance Associate – Encoder is responsible for the accurate encoding of all confirmed sales bookings from Salesmen. The role ensures proper coordination with the Finance Manager and Supply Chain Manager on stock sell-in and supports the Finance Department in maintaining accurate and timely sales records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately encode all confirmed sales bookings submitted by the Sales Team.
• Coordinate with the Finance Manager and Supply Chain Manager on stock sell-in transactions.
• Maintain updated and organized records of sales data.
• Verify source documents prior to encoding to ensure accuracy.
• Assist in preparing sales and financial reports for management review.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and confidentiality of financial data.
