Core responsibilities:

• Sorting and processing of supplier invoices (ISL)
• Assisting Accounts Payable Manager with accounts inbox management and with answering incoming accounts phone calls (internal and external queries)
• Assisting Accounts Payable Manager with payment batchingBank and credit card reconciliations
• Administrative support for the finance teamCompletion of supplier credit applications
• Assisting the finance team to answer and respond to both internal and external payment queries
