Financial Specialist

Overview

The Financial Specialist will support the BES Support Team through various weekly, monthly, and annual financial deliverables. This role will assist with general ledger variance analysis, payroll data reconciliation, budgeting activities, and financial reporting for internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform monthly reconciliations between financial systems and payroll data to support forecast updates.
• Generate standardized and ad hoc financial reports on a monthly and quarterly basis for budget owners and stakeholders.
• Run Oracle subledger reports to support the Finance team during month-end close activities.
• Conduct research and analysis of financial variances against budget and forecast by reviewing invoices, journal entries, and accounting transactions.
