Brief Description of Work and Responsibilities:
Manage and monitor contract renewals in TPM Portal, ensuring timely filing and no pending IT action items.
Oversee Purchase Order (PO) monitoring and documentation in Ariba, ensuring accuracy and on-time submission.
Track and validate invoices, ensuring proper endorsement for payment.
Perform GR (Goods Receipt) and accrual monitoring, including monthly PO reconciliation and analysis before finance cut-off.
Prepare monthly Journal Entries (JE) for reclassification of expenses.
