Finance Associate

Finance Associate
 will be responsible to provide assistance and support in the finance related compliances of the company particularly with Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), Local Government Units (LGU), Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and handling minor task such as petty cash, filing documents and keeping up-to-date records and reportorial requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Will do application and liaise with PEZA Farm In permit for all asset procurement of the company.
• Assist in the Farm Out permit applications of the company.
• Maintain Liquidation Ledger of the PEZA accountable forms (815,8106, boatnote) and Liquidation report tracker for issued LOA's.
• Provide assistance in PEZA's annual reportorial requirements for FIRMS – ATIR & ABR and PEZA ACMS.
• Provide assistance for the application of PEZA VAT Zero Rating certificate.
